By partnering seamlessly across services, I guided the launch of 29 innovative features over four years, driving a 55% increase in overall usage and a 35% surge in adoption. It was a journey of collaboration, innovation, and impact.
By employing personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, I optimized over 30 critical API structures, reducing development timelines by six months. It was about creating seamless experiences while saving valuable engineering effort.
